Democracy of the Computer science. Monograph presented for obtaining of the title of Analyst of Systems. São Paulo - Brazil. University Mackenzie, 2000.

The function of the democracy is to give the power of decision to the people, without limits, where they would say what is important, crucial or secondary, as it should be invested, for what period of time, as and with that control, to guarantee the execution in correct way of the objective. Although the politicians' marketing always offered a wide, general and unrestricted democracy, we didn't still get it.

The Web has been enormous growing in the last years as a computer technology where almost everything is made, in a simple and accessible way the whole ones that know how to read.

Therefore, here is the challenge: Why not we integrate that Computer science, so wide, solidary and simple, for the voting that would really allow to the people to decide the destiny and use of the money of its tax, of its political life?
